We are excited to congratulate McKenna Norris on her success throughout the Blenheim Spring Series. McKenna earned her first FEI placings aboard MTN Equine’s Cristall Colorado during Blenheim Spring Classic II. McKenna and Cristall Colorado competed in the FEI Silver Tour and rode to 7th in the $7,500 1.40m Silver Tour Speed Stake on Friday. On Saturday, the pair concluded their week in the $25,000 1.45m Silver Tour Classic amongst twenty-nine other competitors. While rails and refusals plagued the first ten riders, McKenna provided a superb clear round in 42.05 seconds. She rode against Lindsay Archer and Shawn Cassady in the jump off to claim the 3rd place finish.
Fresh off her of FEI success, McKenna claimed victory the following week at Spring Classic III in the $5,000 BES Developmental Jumper Series Classic with MTN Equine’s Cosmo Boy. She also earned 2nd in the 1.40m BES U25 Developing Rider Series Qualifier with Cristall Colorado.
